EDF Energies Nouvelles (EDFEN) announced that it’s U.S. subsidiary, enXco, has commissioned the Wapsipinicon wind farm.The 100.5-megawatt (MW) facility, which is located in Minnesota, was built using 67 GE Energy turbines.
